The Sistine Chapel Tour {Tour a la Capilla Sistina}

What's on your bucket list?

  Mine keeps changing all the time...I guess that's not how its suppose to work hu?.....
 Anyways! visiting the Sistine Chapel its one of the few things on my bucket list that hasn't changed though. In case you were asleep during your art history class the Sistine Chapel which it happens to be the official residence of the Pope, it is also {super} famous for its decoration that was frescoed throughout by the most famous Renaissance artists including Michelangelo, Sandro Botticelli, Pietro Perugino, Pinturicchio and others. It is believed to be Michelangelo's crowning achievement in painting, and if 12,000 sq ft doesn't do it for you I don't know what would!

So what's all the bucketling and talking, you might ask..... 

Here is what I am so excited  today: the Vatican's new website that includes a virtual tour of the Sistine Chapel!! 
It not only allows you to zoom in and out but also to "fly" around its a MUST SEE (even if you have been there), trust me it will make your morning!

Que hay en tu lista de cosas por hacer antes de morir?

  La mia cambia continuamente, que se supone no es la mejor manera de hacerlo si quisiera terminar pronto! Pero de hecho una de las cosas que no ha cambiado es visitar la Capilla Sistina. Me imagino que ya todos saben de que hablo pero si es que estaban dormidos durante la clase de historia de arte, esta Capilla es muy famosa por los frescos que adornan su interior y que fueron pintados por los artistas mas importantes del Renacimiento  incluyendo  Michelangelo, Sandro Botticelli, Pietro Perugino, Pinturicchio y otros. Tambien se le conoce como la culminacion del trabajo de Michelangelo quien pinto mas de 1,100 m²

 ^{Pues he aqui que estoy muy emocionada por el nuevo website del Vaticano que te permite pararte dentro de esta capilla y ver detenidamente y de cerca esta maravillosa obra de arte, y lo mejor de todo es que puedes hasta volar por el techo y verlo todo con lujo de detalle ...y gratis!}
